Purpose
For planning and implementation of two 24-month research fellowship cohorts of at least 3 fellows, all of whom have earned doctorates, some of whom are from or focused on studying under-represented Jewish communities, whose research will be embedded in or directly focus on the questions of a Jewish communal non-profit organization. Previous grants, in addition to general operating, supported major research on the pipeline and career arc of Jewish educators to study the emerging trends, successful models and programs, and challenges and needs in the field of Jewish educator training.
