Purpose
For programmatic funding for the Wexner Field Fellowship to support leadership education institutes, professional coaching, Jewish education and mentoring for high-potential Jewish professionals, and related alumni activities for its 500+ alumni. The funding will support cohorts of 15 Jewish professionals in a 3 year intensive Fellowship. The first grant supported the enhancement of the Wexner Graduate Fellowship/Davidson Scholars Program, including increased financial support for Fellows and new in-service Fellows, and to strengthen alumni community building through sustained opportunities for networking, peer consultation, mid-career and executive training, mentoring, micro-grants, institutes, think-tanks, and strategies for outreach to new professionals.
