Previous grants supported the 1) 2016 BBYO capacity building plan; 2) three Directors of Jewish Enrichment (DJEs); 3) Subsidies for teens to attend the BBYO International Convention; and 4) BBYO’s Professional Development Institute initiative to increase the capacity and commitment of talented, early-career Jewish professionals to build careers in Jewish communal institutions.
